Welcome to my practice. I am a licensed clinical psychologist and consultant. I specialize in using science based information and strategies to help my clients change their mindsets, increase self-worth, and overcome negative coping mechanisms. Areas of specialty include anxiety, eating disorders, and teaching clients how to use their mind to change their brain, so that they may reach their potential.
Why Therapy
I have a passion for helping busy, professional women improve how they feel about themselves so that they can live their valued life, without being burdened by anxiety, unhealthy coping mechanisms, or negative mindsets.
As most things happen you get inspired by your lived experience or at least you gravitate to what you know. I taught myself how to change unhelpful patterns and shift my mindset and have dedicated my professional career to teaching others how to do the same.
