Now, more than ever, you have probably heard the word Telehealth. While the name itself is somewhat “techy”, don’t scroll past, because this is what it means for you.

As a busy, working mom with a million things on her plate, it means you can access your own therapy, online, wherever it is most convenient for you! I wouldn’t promote what I haven’t tried myself and COVID opened my eyes to the utility of this platform.

Prior to our pandemic, I shied away from it, as I thought it would compromise the integrity of the therapeutic experience. Make no mistake, I still prefer in-person therapy, but I prefer a lot of things that aren’t necessarily a reality for me, especially now in COVID times!

And, the truth is, Telehealth works and it allows clients that aren’t in the Santa Barbara area to work with me remotely. As long as you are located in California
(this is where I am licensed to practice), motivated to work on yourself, and ready to step into your potential, then, this too, can work for you!

Telehealth is the distribution of health-related services and information via electronic information and telecommunication technologies. It allows long-distance patient and clinician contact, care, advice, reminders, education, intervention, monitoring, and remote admissions.
